Inside the ElopementsInc.com Build: Speed, SEO, and a Funnel That Actually Books Weddings

How we designed and built ElopementsInc.com — a custom small-wedding and elopement-packages site optimized for Zorva edge hosting, mobile-first browsing, and the new AI-search disciplines (GEO, AIO, AEO).

TL;DR

ElopementsInc.com is a Tennessee elopement-packages site we built for high-intent search traffic. It pairs photo-forward custom design with conversion-optimized package tiers, full Google Ads + Meta Pixel attribution, and Zorva edge hosting for sub-second mobile loads. Architected for SEO, GEO, AIO, and AEO so couples find it whether they search Google, ask ChatGPT, or speak to Siri.

Elopements Inc packages all-inclusive small weddings, micro-weddings, and intimate ceremonies in Tennessee — Smoky Mountains, Nashville, and the Cumberland Plateau. The audience is couples skipping the 200-guest production for something smaller, more meaningful, and dramatically less expensive. The website's job is to convert that intent into an inquiry.

The brief

Couples plan elopements late at night, on phones, often months from the actual date. The previous site loaded slowly, buried package pricing behind a contact form, and gave Google Ads almost nothing useful to optimize against. Lead volume was decent but the cost-per-booked-elopement was too high.

The design — photo-forward, decision-friendly

Elopement photography is the entire pitch. The site leans into it: full-bleed wedding photography in the hero, an editorial typography pairing, and immediate access to the three package tiers (intimate, signature, and full-day) with transparent pricing. No "request a quote" wall — couples see exactly what's included before deciding whether to inquire.

Layout decisions favor a linear scroll experience over busy navigation. Visitors land on the hero, scroll through the packages, see the venues, read real testimonials, then hit a contact form. The architecture maps directly to the buying decision.

Speed — Zorva edge hosting

The site runs on Zorva edge hosting — our global edge-served stack with sub-second mobile load times measured by Google PageSpeed Insights. Wedding photography is heavy by nature, so every image is responsively sized, served in next-gen formats (AVIF / WebP), and lazy-loaded below the fold. Google ranks faster sites higher, and on mobile that gap is decisive.

SEO — built for "elopement packages Tennessee"

Beyond technical fundamentals, the site is structured around the keywords couples actually search:

  • "elopement packages Nashville" · "Smoky Mountain elopements" · "Tennessee micro wedding" · "intimate wedding venue TN"
  • Schema markup for Event, Service, Organization, FAQPage — so search engines understand what's offered, where, and at what price
  • Local SEO foundation tied to a Google Business Profile, with NAP (name, address, phone) consistent across every directory
  • Page-level meta titles + descriptions optimized per package and venue page

GEO, AIO, AEO — the new search disciplines

Most wedding sites still optimize only for Google. ElopementsInc.com is built for the search engines couples are actually using in 2026:

  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): when a couple asks ChatGPT or Perplexity "best elopement packages near Nashville," the site is structured with citation-friendly facts, an llms.txt-style summary, and welcomed AI crawlers in robots.txt.
  • AIO (AI Overview Optimization): direct-answer paragraphs and FAQ schema so Google's AI Overview pulls the site as a cited source for wedding-planning queries.
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): SpeakableSpecification on the FAQ section so Siri and Google Assistant can read package details aloud.

Mobile experience

Phones are 80%+ of traffic. The mobile build prioritizes:

  • Sticky phone-call CTA always one tap away
  • Single-column scroll with thumb-friendly tap targets
  • Below-the-fold lazy-loaded gallery — content first, photos second
  • Tap-to-text and tap-to-call deep links

Tracking + ad attribution

Every form submission fires a Google Ads conversion event, a Meta Pixel Lead event, and a GA4 generate_lead event with the package name as a custom dimension. That gives the team real attribution: which Google Ads keyword, which package interest, which day of the week. Ad spend now optimizes against real bookings, not raw clicks.

Custom client portal + team portal

The public marketing site is only half the build. We also developed two custom portals that turned the site from a brochure into an operating platform:

  • Client portal — couples log in to view their booking details, signed contracts, ceremony timeline, vendor list, photographer selections, and uploaded photos/videos from their event. They can message the Elopements Inc team directly, sign documents, and download their full media archive.
  • Team portal — Elopements Inc staff manage every couple in flight: package details, ceremony scheduling, vendor coordination, payment tracking, document workflow, and post-event media delivery. The team's day used to require five different tools — calendars, spreadsheets, email, Dropbox, contract software. Now it lives in one purpose-built dashboard.

API integration with the back office

The team portal isn't a silo. We built a two-way API integration between the portal and Elopements Inc's existing back-office systems — booking data, payments, and customer records sync automatically in both directions. Update a couple's ceremony date in either system and the change propagates everywhere within seconds. No manual re-entry, no drift, no "which version is right?"

Built-in image and video uploader + editor

Elopement photography and ceremony videos are the actual deliverable to clients. We built a custom media uploader and in-browser editor directly into the team portal:

  • Drag-and-drop multi-file upload with progress, retries, and resumable transfers for large video files
  • Server-side image processing — automatic resizing, format conversion (HEIC/RAW → JPEG/WebP), watermark options, and thumbnail generation
  • In-browser editing — crop, rotate, adjust exposure, color balance, and remove unwanted elements without leaving the portal
  • Per-couple gallery organization with shareable client-facing links
  • Full media archive download for the client, generated on demand

Photos and videos go from the photographer's card into the couple's hands without ever touching a third-party service. Faster delivery, full ownership, no per-gallery storage fees.

Google Analytics, Search Console, and daily reports

Every Zorva Labs site ships with full Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console integration on day one — verified domain ownership, sitemap auto-submitted, conversion events wired, and proper traffic-source attribution. The Elopements Inc team doesn't have to set up or maintain any of it.

Most small business owners never log into GA4. So we send a daily traffic digest email to the team at 7 AM CT — yesterday's sessions, top pages, traffic sources, conversions, and search impressions in a clean readable summary. Plus a monthly digest on the 1st of each month covering month-over-month trends. Twenty seconds of reading, full visibility, zero dashboards.
