06.03Reporting & dashboards

One screen. The whole picture.

Nine logins and nine definitions of a lead is how marketing stays unaccountable. We bring traffic, leads, rankings, ads, reviews and AI visibility into one dashboard with one set of definitions, and send a monthly report that says what happened, why, and what we did about it.

  • First-party analytics
  • GA4
  • Search Console
  • Looker Studio
  • Ad platforms

The problem

Reports that describe instead of explain

A PDF of platform screenshots says impressions went up. It does not say whether leads went up, what they cost, which channel earned them, what changed and what happens next. Owners deserve a report they can read in five minutes and act on.

What is included

Scope of the work

  • 01First-party traffic and lead data from the site itself — the number we quote — with GA4 as the second source
  • 02Search Console rankings and clicks, map-pack grid rankings, AI share of answer
  • 03Every ad account in one place: spend, leads, cost per lead, return on ad spend
  • 04Business Profile actions and review metrics month over month
  • 05Revenue from the CRM where connected
  • 06A live dashboard for you and a monthly written report: what happened, why, what we did, what is next
  • 07Alerts when a number moves outside its normal range
How it is measured
Leads and cost per lead by channel, month over month
Time to answer 'how is marketing doing' — minutes, not meetings
Actions taken per report
Pricing

Quoted to scope, as a flat monthly fee or a project — never a percentage of spend. Written proposal in one business day; month to month.

How we run it

Reporting & Dashboards, step by step.

Step 01

Define

One definition per metric, agreed in writing.

Step 02

Connect

Every source feeds the dashboard automatically.

Step 03

Read

We review the data monthly and write the explanation, not just the chart.

Step 04

Act

The report ends in the actions for next month, and those actions are tracked.

Questions

Reporting & Dashboards, answered.

Why first-party traffic data instead of just GA4?
Browser blockers and consent settings hide a meaningful share of visitors from GA4. Our sites log traffic at the edge — first-party, privacy-respecting and complete — and that is the number we quote, with GA4 as the second source for behavior detail.
How often do I get a report?
The dashboard is live all the time; the written report comes monthly. Clients with active ad campaigns also get a weekly digest of what changed.
Can the dashboard include my CRM revenue?
Yes, when the CRM is connected. Revenue by channel is the most useful number in the report, and we build toward it wherever the data allows.
Will I understand it?
That is the point. Every metric is defined in plain language, and the monthly report is written for the owner — no platform jargon, no screenshots without an explanation.
