The steps
- The proposal is accepted. You accept the written proposal on its own page and pay through Stripe. The scope and the whole price were stated before this point, so nothing new appears on the first invoice.
- Access, in your name. We send the Google Ads manager link request from our manager account, and you send us a manager invitation for your Business Profile. Search Console, GA4 and Bing stay owned by you, with us added as users. If an account doesn't exist yet, we open it under your business.
- The baseline, dated. Before we change anything: the website scan on your current site, the AI answer check from your location, what Search Console shows, and a read of the ad account if there is one. Each is saved with its date, so every later report has something honest to compare against.
- The facts, from you. We write down what the business does, where, for whom, and the details only you know. Anything we don't know stays marked as a question and stays off the site until you answer it. Nothing on your pages is invented.
- The build. Keyword research decides which phrasing each page targets. You see three design directions and pick one. Every page is written from the facts. The lead form saves each inquiry before it sends the email. Nothing goes live until the site scores 95 or better on our scan.
- Launch day. A small-business site goes live about seven days after the content arrives. Search Console, GA4 and Bing are confirmed receiving data, every page is submitted to the search engines, and if it replaces an old site, every old address is kept or redirected.
- Every month after. The site is watched every five minutes. Changes covered by your proposal are made and written into the site's change log. A monthly report covers visits and leads by source, Search Console, the ad account where there is one, and the AI answer check asked again with the same questions.
What do we need from you, and when?
Three things, at three moments. At the start, the access invitations, which take a few minutes each and come with written instructions. During the facts step, your answers: what you do, what you don't do, the jobs you're proudest of, and the questions customers ask you. Before launch, your yes on the design and a read-through of the pages. The site waits on your content, not the other way round, which is why we count the build from the day the content arrives.
If you're running ads with us
The order changes a little. Tracking comes first: an inquiry form and a call each have to register as a conversion, checked end to end, before any money goes into the account. Then one consolidated campaign, so the bidding learns from all of your data instead of a slice of it. Automated recommendations stay off and the search terms are read by a person. It's the setup that took our own wedding company, Elopements Inc, from $205 per tracked inquiry in March 2026 to $21.74 between July 1 and September 20, read from the account on September 21. Those are its ad results, not our fee.
How can you check the work yourself?
Every site we build has a private traffic page you open with your own password. Search Console and GA4 are yours, so you can read them without asking us. Our website scan is public; scan your own site any month and compare it with the launch-day score. And because the baseline is dated, the monthly report can only say “better” or “worse” against a number you saw before we started.
Michael Blair does the work and reads every message. When something in a report doesn't make sense, you ask him.
