05.03Email & SMS

The channel you own and never pay to reach.

Every lead and customer you have already paid to acquire. Email and SMS are how you keep earning from that investment — with automations that run themselves and campaigns timed to your seasons, on the platform you already use.

The problem

A list of thousands, an inbox of silence

The newsletter went out twice last year. Leads that did not close were never followed up. Past customers never heard about the new service. Cart abandoners got nothing. Meanwhile the ad budget buys new strangers every month. The cheapest revenue is sitting in the list.

How we run it

Step 01

Audit

List health, deliverability, existing flows and the gaps where revenue leaks.

Step 02

Automate

The lifecycle flows are built first — they run every day without a send.

Step 03

Campaign

A calendar of sends timed to seasons, launches and content.

Step 04

Test and report

Subject lines, timing and offers are tested; revenue per flow is reported monthly.

Questions

Email & SMS Marketing, answered.

Which email platform should I use?
Klaviyo for ecommerce, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for sales-led businesses with a CRM, Mailchimp or Constant Contact for simpler needs. If you already have one that works, we usually stay on it.
Is SMS marketing worth it?
For time-sensitive offers, appointment reminders, review requests and quote follow-up, SMS open and response rates are far above email. It requires proper opt-in and restraint; used well it is one of the highest-return channels.
How often should I email my list?
Automations run on behavior, not a calendar. For campaigns, most businesses do well with two to four sends a month — enough to stay present, not enough to be ignored. The data tells us where the line is.
What about deliverability?
Authenticated domains, clean lists, engagement-based sending and monitoring of bounces and complaints. It is the unglamorous work that determines whether anything you send is seen.
