Module 03 · Paid Media

Every auction. One standard: cost per lead.

We buy in every auction that reaches your customers — search, social, video, marketplaces, streaming TV and audio — with tracking that means a conversion is a lead, consolidated campaigns that learn fast, and one monthly report that judges every channel by the same number.

What this module does

Paid media fails in predictable ways: conversions that count nothing, campaigns fragmented by city, auto-applied changes nobody reviewed, budgets that ignore capacity, and reports in clicks. We fix tracking first, structure accounts to consolidate data, keep automation on a leash, and report spend, leads, cost per lead and return on ad spend against the previous period.

Management is a flat fee, never a percentage of spend, and the accounts belong to you. Ad spend is billed by the platforms directly.

Questions

Paid Media, answered.

Which channel should I start with?
For most local service businesses: Google Search and Local Services Ads first, because intent is highest; then Meta for demand and retargeting; then the channels the data justifies. For ecommerce: Shopping and Meta first. For B2B: LinkedIn and search. The audit decides.
How do you charge?
A flat monthly management fee quoted to the scope of the accounts. No percentage of spend, so there is no incentive to spend more than the leads justify. Media is billed to your card by the platforms.
Do I own the ad accounts?
Yes. Every account is created under your business and linked to our manager account. Leave, and the history and campaigns stay with you.
How soon will I see results?
Search campaigns produce leads in the first weeks; the cost per lead improves as data accumulates over the first two to three months. We report weekly on active campaigns and monthly in full.
