What's the difference between $55/mo and $57/mo?

The $55/mo plan covers the custom website, Cloudflare edge hosting, monthly content edits, SSL, backups, and ongoing optimization — but you bring your own domain. The $57/mo bundle is the same plan plus we register your domain in your name, manage DNS, set up SSL, and handle every yearly renewal automatically. Just $2 more per month covers $15/year of domain costs and removes one thing from your plate forever.

Is the website really free?

Yes. We design and build your custom 3-page website at no upfront cost — it's bundled into the $55/month plan. As long as you stay subscribed, your site is live and maintained.

How long does it take to launch a website?

Most websites are live within 7 days. We request your content on day 1, send a preview by day 4, and launch after your approval.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no contracts, cancel from your Stripe portal anytime. We do ask for a 90-day minimum after launch to cover the initial build cost.

Why not just use Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress?

What kind of hosting do you use?

We deploy on a global edge network — your site is served from data centers within 50ms of nearly every visitor on Earth. The technical foundation is similar to what powers Stripe, Notion, and Vercel. It's dramatically faster than traditional shared hosting (Bluehost, GoDaddy hosting, HostGator) and most managed WordPress hosts.

Will my site load fast on mobile?

Every site we ship scores 95–100 on Google's mobile PageSpeed test. We optimize images automatically, use modern formats (WebP, AVIF), defer non-critical scripts, and serve the page from the edge node closest to the visitor. Most of our sites load in under 1 second on mobile.

What happens if my site goes down?

Our uptime SLA is 99.99%, which works out to about 4 minutes of downtime per month. Outages are rare because our infrastructure has automatic failover — if one region has an issue, traffic instantly shifts to another. If anything does go wrong, we're notified before you are and we fix it.

Do you offer email hosting?

We include email forwarding (anything@yourdomain.com → your existing Gmail/Outlook inbox) for up to 5 addresses. We don't sell full mailbox hosting because Google Workspace ($6/user/month) and Microsoft 365 ($6/user/month) are both better than anything an agency could offer in-house.

Can I move to another host later?

Yes — you own the underlying code and we'll help you migrate it to any host you want. We don't lock clients into proprietary platforms. Most clients stay with us because the bundled package is hard to beat, not because they can't leave.

Do you back up my site?

Yes. Every site is automatically snapshotted daily, with snapshots retained for 30 days. If you ever need to roll back to an earlier version, we can restore in under 5 minutes. Major migrations and content imports also get manual snapshots before we make any change.
