When someone asks the AI, does it say your name?

It asks Google's AI Mode the question a customer asks — 'best <what you do> in <your city>, <state>' — from your business's own location, reads the answer for your name, lists the businesses it named instead and the sites it drew on, checks where you rank on Google Maps for the same service at your pin, and reads your Business Profile's rating, review count and category. Three live lookups, about twenty seconds.

Because a person reads every result. Michael looks at what the AI said, what it drew on and what the map shows, and emails you the first thing to fix — usually within a business day.
