Stately Shades: a Gallatin TN window-treatment site built to book in-home consults
A custom blinds + shutters + shades website with an above-the-fold consultation form, eight product-category landing pages, and a 30-post local-SEO blog — built to dominate the Gallatin / Sumner County / Nashville-metro window-treatment search.

The challenge
Stately Shades sells everything from $80 faux-wood blinds to $8,000 motorized whole-home shade systems — and the search behavior at each end is completely different. A rental owner Googling "affordable blinds Nashville" needs a different page than a Hendersonville homeowner pricing out plantation shutters. The site had to convert both — without burying either — and rank for dozens of long-tail product + city combinations in a market dominated by chain stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, Blinds.com) and national franchises (3 Day Blinds, Budget Blinds).
What we built
Zorva Labs designed and built Stately Shades from a blank page:
- Above-the-fold consultation form — no scrolling required. Name, phone, email, address, project description. Direct routing to the owner's phone with SMS notifications on submit.
- Eight dedicated product-category landing pages — faux wood, cellular/honeycomb, zebra/banded/solar, woven wood/bamboo, motorized/smart, plantation shutters, sheers/vanes, outdoor shades — each with its own Schema.org Product markup, FAQs, and "request a quote" CTA.
- 30+ SEO blog posts targeting every realistic Gallatin / Sumner / Davidson County window-treatment query: affordable blinds Nashville, best blinds for rental properties, plantation shutters cost Tennessee, install-only blinds service, how to measure windows for blinds, etc.
- Install-only positioning — a unique service line where Stately Shades installs blinds the homeowner already purchased from Lowe's, Home Depot, or Blinds.com. This captures a high-intent search bucket competitors ignore.
- Local SEO + GBP foundations — LocalBusiness schema with full NAP, Sumner County service-area markup, Google Business Profile claim + optimization, and citation cleanup on the home-service directories that matter (Yelp, Houzz, BBB, Angi).
- Brand identity built from scratch — the custom serif logotype, the warm cream + gold + charcoal palette, the "perfectly tailored" tagline. All ownership transferred to the client, source files included.
- Cloudflare edge hosting — sub-second load times statewide, free auto-renewing SSL, daily backups, instant rollback.
- Estimate + proposal + contract portal — internal tools for the owner to draft a quote, send a contract, and accept signatures without bouncing between three other SaaS subscriptions.
The whole stack runs on Zorva's $57/month All-In-One plan — hosting, hosting, monthly content edits, SEO maintenance, and ongoing GBP management included.
What changed
- Mobile PageSpeed: 95-100 — critical for a service where most leads start with a phone search at the kitchen window.
- Above-the-fold conversion form — every visitor sees the quote form before any scroll, eliminating the typical home-services bounce on the hero.
- Ranking on long-tail local queries in Gallatin, Hendersonville, Nashville, Goodlettsville, and Mt. Juliet within 60 days of launch.
- Internal estimate + proposal + contract tools replaced ~$120/month of subscription-based competitors (Jobber, DocuSign, HoneyBook).
- Daily analytics digest — every morning the owner sees yesterday's sessions, top pages, lead-form submissions, and channel attribution.
- Zero downtime since launch.
